GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps. Draw a square which will act as the frame of the eagle portrait.
STEP 1. Outline the general shape of the head and the upper body of the eagle
STEP 2. Add the eyes and the beak, Detail the head and erase inner lines.
STEP 3. Sketch the wings. Detail the beak.
STEP 4. Work on the whole figure of the eagle, adding more details to the upper body and eyes
